All UK orders over £250 are delivered free of charge. For orders under £250 we charge a £5 delivery fee. We take a minimum of 24 hours to process orders and will be dispatched within 2-3 working days.
We also offer the option for our local customers to pick up their item in store free of charge.
For orders placed outside of the UK we charge a shipping fee of £20. Delivery will usually be within 3-5 working days, depending on your location.
Your jewellery will be fully insured during transit so you can be assured of its security, and your signature will be required on receipt.
For international orders please be aware that you may need to pay import duty and/or VAT on delivery. Rates vary from country to country so please get in touch with your local customs agency if in doubt.Â
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then you can return your item to us within 30 days for a full refund. Please see our returns policy for more information.
